Terms and conditions

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Company" or "Park Tower Casino" means Park Tower Casino Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales; "User", "Player", "Member" or "Guest" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Company's facilities; and "Facilities" includes all land-based gaming areas.
AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
To access the Facilities, Users must be at least 18 years old (or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law) and must have a valid government-issued identification card showing their name, address, and date of birth. All Users must be able to prove their identity and residency in accordance with relevant regulations.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for monitoring and managing their own gaming activities. The Company does not provide any form of advice or recommendation as to the suitability of games, stakes, or betting limits. It is solely the responsibility of Users to manage their bankrolls, game frequency, and potential losses.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from its negligence or breach of duty, except insofar as such liability cannot be excluded by law. The Company provides its Facilities "as is" without warranties (expressed or implied), guarantees of performance, fitness for purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and title.
WAGERING LIMITS AND MONITORING
Users are encouraged to set personal wager limits according to their means and preferences. The Company reserves the right to limit or cancel any bet in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and its own internal procedures. Users can also request staff assistance if they wish to monitor their gaming activities.
SELF-EXCLUSION AND TEMPORARY TIME-OUTS
Users may voluntarily self-exclude themselves from accessing the Facilities for a specified period of time or indefinitely. The Company will implement all reasonable measures to prevent such excluded individuals from participating in games during this period and shall make necessary arrangements to notify Users upon successful completion or termination of their chosen exclusionary timeframe.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Any disputes arising under, out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through the English courts' jurisdiction (excluding arbitration clauses) as the sole and exclusive forum for resolving any controversies related to the same. The Parties agree that they will submit themselves to binding dispute resolution procedures by which one or both parties may select a neutral third-party adjudicator who shall make all decisions concerning such matters.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Company is committed to protecting Users' personal data and maintains the highest level of care for confidentiality purposes in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. All confidential information received from or about Users will be handled responsibly by the Company's staff and shall not be used for marketing or any other unauthorized activities without explicit consent.
ALTERATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company may change these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion upon providing reasonable notice to all affected parties through one or more of the methods that we deem necessary in our reasonable discretion (which includes publication on website, display notices within casino premises). Any changes shall become effective after a period sufficient for Users to be reasonably aware thereof.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and will be interpreted accordingly, subject only to the exclusion of any provisions which would result in one or more terms being ineffective or unenforceable under applicable law.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

The Company shall ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to its business operations in connection with providing Facilities for gaming activities, including the UK Gaming Act 2005 and associated regulations and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies (such as but not limited to, the Gambling Commission).

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We reserve the right at any time without cause to terminate or suspend your Membership account based on reasonable grounds such as non-compliance with applicable laws, failure to make due payments, misuse of facilities, refusal to provide necessary identification documents.

CHANGES TO FACILITIES

The Company reserves its absolute discretion to change or withdraw any Facilities for gaming activities at any time without prior notice and subject only to compliance with applicable regulations governing such changes as required by the relevant authorities (such as but not limited to, removal of games from casino premises).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute an entire agreement between Users and the Company regarding access to Facilities for gaming activities. Any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved through negotiations between the parties in good faith.

BY ACCESSING THE COMPANY'S FACILITIES, USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THESE DOCUMENTS AND ARE BOUND BY THEM AS A RESULT OF THEIR ACTIONS.
